What I’ve found is that most therapeutic sessions are designed to do just enough to generate a client-base and bring people back as often as possible.  I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health and that you come away with an understanding of what is most misunderstood about the body and how it works, why aggressive cupping is such an important tool for preventative health and steps you can take to immediately start addressing pain, chronic illness, tension and anxiety.

The first appointment is part consult and part explainer session, because understanding how and why the body responds to the various healing techniques is often half the battle. With that understanding people often start making different choices leading to healthier lifestyles while still addressing any current issues with our advanced cupping method.
